Drop Taxi Chennai to Coimbatore

1. Passenger Capacity: Sedan vehicles have a maximum capacity of 4 passengers. SUV vehicles have a maximum capacity of 7 passengers.
2. Minimum Coverage: One-way trips must cover a minimum distance of 130 km. Round trips must cover a minimum distance of 250 km.
3. Round Trip Duration: One-day round trips must conclude by 11:00 PM at the pickup location.
4. Waiting Charges: Waiting charges of Rs. 150 per hour will apply during the trip. No waiting charges will be imposed for food breaks, tea breaks, or restroom breaks.
5. Cancellation Charges: Cancellation requests made after the driver has arrived will incur a cancellation fee of Rs. 300.
6. Luggage Load: If mentioned during the booking process, a charge of Rs. 300 will apply for loading luggage onto the carrier.
7. Starting and Ending KM: It is mandatory to note down the starting and ending kilometers of the trip.
8. Additional Charges: Permit charges, driver bata, toll charges, interstate permits, hill charges, and pet charges (if applicable) will be billed as quoted. Toll charges will be paid by the driver using a Fastag.
9. Payment Options: Payments can be made online or in cash.
10. EOT Calculation: The charges will be calculated based on the running kilometers, toll charges paid via Fastag, and any additional charges.
11. Minimum Daily Distance for Bangalore: For round trips from Bangalore, a minimum distance of 300 km per day is required.
12. Duration of a Day: "One day" refers to a calendar day, starting from midnight 12:00 AM and ending at the next midnight 12:00 AM.

Refund Policy

a. Refunds are only applicable for prepaid bookings made through our website, mobile application, or authorized third-party platforms. Refunds for cash payments or payments made directly to the driver are not applicable.
b. To be eligible for a refund, you must cancel your booking at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the pickup time may not be eligible for a refund.
c. Refunds are not applicable for promotional offers, discounted fares, or non-refundable bookings explicitly mentioned during the reservation process.
d. Refunds are subject to the terms and conditions agreed upon during the booking process.

Cancellation Policy

Your trips booked through MTS DropTaxi can be cancelled. You may cancel your booking 24 hours before your scheduled journey. There are no cancellation fees except in such cases where the Taxi has already arrived at the customers location. In such cases, Rs.300 as a One-time cancellation fee has to be paid to driver. Aside from the cancellation of your booking, you can also modify your planned time, type of vehicle, and destination. However, the journey can't be adjusted within 8 hours of your booking. You can request amendments to a booking made earlier only if the request is made 8 hours before the pick-up time. There are no changes that will be made within 8 hours of the time of pick-up time. In cases where amendments requested on cab type, the cab type requested is subject to availability. If a customer is a no-show where the customer has not informed DropTaxi of the changes on his schedule 8 hours before the pick-up, no refunds will happen. The amendments can be done by contacting the support team of MTS DropTaxi on +919943757697 and mention the booking ID No for references.
